John Paul II High School is preparing for its first ever mission trip! Organized through Catholic Charities, the mission trip will entail a group of faculty, students, and parents working together to repair the house of a local family in need. The project will take place on April 11-13. We could use your help in three ways:
- We are in need for someone to donate a gas range and a refrigerator to install in the house
- We are looking for tools to be donated or lent to us during the project. Basic tools are needed (hammers, nails, screwdrivers, etc) as well as air compressors and nail guns.
- We are looking for parent volunteers who have some experience in plumbing, carpentry, gardening, or painting. If you do have such experience, we would greatly appreciate you joining us during the weekend!
Parent volunteer hours can be earned, and the mission is a worthwhile community effort.
