UCA Southwest Regional Competition
Good luck to the Centurion Cheerleaders on their upcoming UCA Southwest Regional Competition Saturday, December 18 in Austin.
The team will compete against other small varsity teams for a bid to the National High School Cheerleading Championship!
Citrus Bowl
Good luck and prayers for safe travels for the following cheerleaders as they embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
After earning the Game Day Championship at camp this summer, the team was invited to participate in the pre-game performance for the Citrus Bowl! The cheerleaders will perform in front of 60,000 fans at this popular college football game in the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida on New Year's Day!

Swim
The St. John Paul II Swim Team participated in the Tuloso-Midway Reindeer Games on Saturday, December 11th. The largest time drop of the meet goes to Mia Elizondo in her 100 Freestyle with a 10.53 second drop! The next two largest time drops goes to Amaris Vasquez in the 100 Breast with a time drop of 7.37 seconds in the 100 Breaststroke followed closely by Rebecca Garcia with a 6.25 second drop in the 200 Individual Medley! Awesome job swimmers!
We had swimmers participate in six new events at the meet! The following swimmers swam these events for their first time:

Alexa Patterson swam the 200 Freestyle and the 100 Butterfly;
Evan Thompson swam the 500 Freestyle;
Jack Thompson swam the 200 Freestyle and
